Okay, so there's this girl at my work and I really really really like her, at first we just talked on the phone, then she drops by and smiles at me very gently, we exchanged a couple of mails, a week or so later I need to be in her room to do some work and we started talking. Our conversation took like 40 minutes or so, ranging from her relationship that went sour, her appartment, her work, my appartment, my relationship, she asked me for advice on some thesis she was writing, we talked about this and that etc. Now I am thinking, is she just being nice or does she see something in me? If I sent her a mail stating something like, 'If my work is allways as pleasant as this afternoon, that I would marry my work', would that be considered as sexual harassment or is this rather innocent which if it blows up in my face could cost me my job 
And I am expecting a few 'Fuck her in da butt's', someone that wants to answer the question without resorting to 'Rape her, then fuck her in da butt' or 'bend her over, then fuck her in the butt' or some other 'Butt-shit', much obliged.

You realy ask girls for a date with the word "marry"?
Yeah, even asking to fuck her in the butt will give you better scoring chances.

Its not sexual harassment to ask a woman out on a date, even if you work together. Me exwife married a guy that worked at her factory.

No need to be nervous bud. Whats the worst she can say? No is the worst.

sounds like, since you hardly know the poor girl, that you should ease your feelings back and play it cool. Nothing worst than a bloke who gets a bit keen, not good.
Just continue to be polite allow some water to pass under the bridge, if she grows to really like you, and you her, then you should naturaly go up a gear. Don't force the issue.
My last girl friend, who I ended being with for 10 years before I met my current wife, called one day at my flat when I was at college. Turns out she'd been eyeing me up for some time, fortunately she was pretty foxy too, so had a good time, if you know what I mean.
Always better for the guy to play it down.
