Yes. Weird nightmares (not horror but distressing dreams) that leaves you with the icky feelings when you wake up.

Yeah. I had one a few weeks back and I felt awful all day, really horrible feelings of despair. In fact, it was still bothering me a few days later, but not to the extent it affected me for that day directly after the dream.
Nasty stuff.

The dreams are stored in the short-term memory. So if you don't go over it when you wake up, it will be gone in a matter of minutes. And the bad ones you think about, so they get stored in the long-term memory.
That's why when I wake up, i sit on the PC and write my dreams down. What was going on, why was it going on, and date.

I had the weirdest dream today. I remember only last part, in which I'm grating cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese and then a block of wood on a grater O.o
Then my sister pour the water out of the bowl and I kept grating wood in it!
WTFF?!

yea i have them atleast twice a week, and it totally fucks my head up for the rest of day! even woke up freaking out etc, fucked up shit

I had very disturbing dream few months ago, where I dreamed I killed my mother 
I mean we have our disagreements but I would never do such a thing. But I remember that she was really mean to me in the dream. Anyways that really messed me up...
