Fable III is the third video game in the Fable series of action role-playing games developed by Lionhead Studios and published by Microsoft Game Studios. The Xbox 360 version will be released on October 26, 2010 in America and October 29 2010 in Great Britain and the rest of Europe.
Fable III is set approximately 50–60 years after the events of Fable II on the continent of Albion where the Fable series is set. The old monarch, the Hero of Fable II, has died and left the Kingdom of Albion to Logan, a corrupt, tyrannical king. Logan's sibling, the playable "Hero", is forced into a quest to become a revolutionary leader after a major decision early in the game illustrates Logan's cruelty.[17] Over the course of the first half of the game, the Hero will gain the people of Albion's support, overthrow Logan and become ruler of Albion. During the second half of the game, the player will have to choose whether or not to follow up on promises made to the public, which were made during gameplay, at the risk of losing Albion's approval. While dealing with this, the player will also be faced with the possibility of war when "Aurora", a neighboring country, begins to threaten Albion.

Really looking forward to this, despite the ludicrous levels of DUMBING DOWN that has been done to it according to Peter Molyneux.
I haven't read much about F3 but how the heck do you 'dumb down' Fable 1 & 2???? honestly, I don't know how much dummer u can get --- catering to pre-school?

Honestly, I had the same question. HOW do you dumb down Fable and Fable 2 even more than it was? Well Lionhead found a way and they actually think their decisions are GOOD. Turns out most people "didn't understand the experience system" in either game, but more so in F2, so Lionhead REMOVED it completely.
Lionhead haven't released a game that hasn't underachieved in their whole history. I'm not sure its Peter as his stuff at Bullfrog was good. Fable 3 won't be a let down though as I zero expectation of it.
Go download the mobile app though, Fable 3 Kingmaker. It's like four square except I wrote the fucker

It will be interesting to see how it turns out. I thought Fable 2 was OK. It´s been so quiet on the 360 for so long, but this fall/winter is rather crazy with the amount of titles released.
i dont know if i really liked fable 2 or if it was because i had a surgery and was eating pain pills and laying on the couch playing it but yea it is almost ridiculous all the stuff coming out at once here lately. cant say that i would have the balls to leak it if i was in that situation given all that attention going on at the moment.
now if i could just figure out how to get both castlevania discs installed on my jtag i'd be set
