yeeahh..
I can cut his head in 352 ways, this really cool game.
This is soo mature, PoP 1 is for Nintendo fans (kiddie)
just kidding..
I think PoP 2 has ruined the serie Prince of Persia, the mature (That I find kiddie) side feels pasted. Give us back the real PoP next year.

im playing games now for more than 10 years and i have to say, this game is one of the far most difficult games ever.. the first 'boss' on the ship cuts me in pieces... im not a bad player thou.. but this bi*ch is damn hard.. since i died 2 times i didnt play it again..

The first boss is not that bad as long as you attack it properly. If you turn the tutorial on, it teaches you the proper moves. ( I think it was a jump+attack combo that does her right)
Im not too impressed with the game, seems like I enjoyed the first one more. One thing is for sure, the PC version looks much, much better then the xbox. I played it first on xbox in high-def, then on PC. Even my girlfriend said it looked like a different game.

actually the game is pretty easy, if you never played the ps2 game shinobi you probably dont know what "hard" means.
i find sands of time alot better than this one.
you get more combat here, less platforming and darker, more monotone environments, which sucks, everyone knows sands of time was great cuz ots innovative platforming and the great environments with nice lighting effects, the fighting was the only thing that sucked, and it still does, only this time its in the front with all the stuff that was cool taking a backseat, which is why this game isnt nearly as enjoyable as sands of time, the only really fun parts are the dahaka chases. apart from that the game doesnt feature much innovation, the fighting system that claimed to be "freestyle" is the same one as before with a couple of new moves that dont make a difference, the game features ALOT of backtracking, which obviously sucks, there are plenty of heavily unbalanced and unfair areas, many bugs, and the last boss fight is probably the cheapest boss fight ever (actually very easy if you follow the path of cheapness of the boss himself). i finished this game once and i probably never will again, while i finished the 1st game 3 times in one week. whenever i feel the urge for some platforming fun i ll surely choose SoT, WW is a letdown, especially going against masterpieces like MGS3 and GTA:SA this season.

well the combat in SoT was more fun than in WW because it was much better balanced, in WW chances are you re wall-attack through enemies for the whole 2nd half of the game cuz they block everything and kick your ass when you do a false move. you do get more moves, but you never use them cuz theyre obsolete.
still, you cant say you liked SoS cuz of the combat, it was ok but the main reasons were the platforming and the environments.

I never understood why some people like to whine about sexy women shown in sexy clothes in fantasy-sort of action games...  
(It's some sort of snobist jaded-thing, which becomes boring.)
And I especially don't understand here. It's not overused, or something. It has it's place. And Shahdee is a smart character, if you play the game, you will understand.
And the game itself is more clever: story, puzzle and actionwise.
The Prince is darker: so what? As a matter of fact toward the end of the first game, he was becoming darker too...
And the environements are lush here too, you just have to play along, and pay attention to detail.
Oh and I am just GLAD, that they didn't used the same sort environemts style, etc. You see, I liked very much the first game, BUT I also like change. Just because it's Prince of Persia, it's must not be necessarely always Aladdin-styled. Darker tones were a very good idea for this episode.
Oh, and I am not saying, that PoP WW is better, because BOTH games are pretty good in their own way and I like them BOTH equally...
