Hi my names bob and Im a net junkie lol wut

I used to be a social beast but alas no more! Recently Im happy to sit inside on a sunny day and browse teh humps and other sites. Infact it doesnt even matter if its a rainy day - Im generally wasting my days online now. My fault for being unemployed and having too much free time on my hands, but still, I never thought browsing the web could be like a fucking addiction. Laughing . Does anybody else feel they spend too much time online? iNatan? ( Sorry dude but you're practically hardwired in arent you? Razz )

Only had the net for a couple of years *uber n00b* and Im wondering how I lived without it. The fucking wealth of information was like a goldmine to me and then I found out filesharing Very Happy Sad I guess but ast least its better than tv. Not that Ive owned a tv in the past 6 years. Im by nature an outdoor person and would rather be surfing hurricane swell or chilling on the beach than sat in watching a screen...That is until now - Hooked on the net!

Never the less <3 humps.

/Pointless rambling

I can't live without net... The first thing I do after waking up and doing my business in the bathroom is browsing the net for news and humps...

I got hooked on the old bbs's then it just progressed... If the net goes down even for a very short time, my other half says I'm unbearable lol. Yes it's an addiction and I don't care.... God help me when we move to an area next year that offers me a much faster leeching service Wink

Anyone experienced the following scenario?

You are bored on the PC so you start your browser but your internet connection is down, so it can't show the page. So you close the browser and stare for a few seconds on the desktop icons. But you are bored, so you start the browser to pass some time. Rinse repeat. Laughing

This is is a sign of true addiction, when starting the browser becomes a reflex, when you need to think about it to not click on the browser... Crying or Very sad

Well when one of my former ISPs had a big downtime, instead of clicking on the browser icon I clicked on a tool on my disk that allows you to browse the network you're on. Amazingly it showed that the disconnect was somewhere between my city and the rest of the world. Then I started looking for other nodes, I found a couple and one of them even had port 80 open, so I typed in that IP in my browser and found a site full of Nazi pictures and movies Neutral
At that moment I had enough it O.o

Aside from coming here and reading various scientific journals and looking shit up, I don't use the net for anything really.

Don't u watch tv, go out and do whatever it is you like to do, fuck chicks etc?

At the beginning you hear stories about internet addiction, and you say to yourself, no way I'm that guy. They you say to yourself, I can live without it, I just don't want to. Then you're internet connection falls down for a day or a two, and you realize that you are a psycho without the internetz and start wondering how the fuck I lived without internet.

So yeah, my name is Ivan and I'm an internetaholic.

Here's a nice picture from fight club.
