Best show on TV!
It's not official yet, but there are lots of rumours that its been renewed for next season (AMC refer to it as being on hiatus, rather than cancelled) so there is hope!
Also, here is a deleted scene from the season finale...

Started watching this and got REALLY bored after ep 3. Totally hated it.
Not trying to troll on Rubicon, if guys here like it, awesome. But does this show ever get more fast paced? Would the later episodes appeal to anyone who disliked the beginning eps?

Picked this up from the "What TV Shows Are You Currently Watching" thread having watched two episodes now I must say I like it. The actors can act, Arliss Howard really succeeds in portraying a creep. Finally something without action packed emptiness.

Episodes 6 - 12 was probably some of my best tv of the year
But by fuck that finale was shite :/

This show grabbed me from the very beginning. 20 minutes into the pilot i had this feeling that it could be a great show (3 eps was out at the time). It didn't let me down, it's one of those shows that doesn't let you go once it's drawn you in.
Can't wait for the second season.

Tried to get into this show 3x and fell alseep every time. Story seemed okay but the pacing is very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very slow.
I ended up going to AMCs official site and simply watched the 5 minute recaps for every single episode. Amazingly, I found the entire storyline ridiculously VERY easy to follow. Pretty entertaining and I finished it in 65 minutes, lol.
(Edit: Way better than Mad Men!)

This must be one of the slowest shows I've ever watched. The acting is very good though. Is the story actually worth the effort? I don't want to invest time in it to realize teh story is shit.

The ending of season 1 was a bit weak and well we can only hope it stays interesting in season 2. Btw the slow pace of this series I really like, it gives you time to notice the details and the good acting.

The story does warm up a little towards the end of the season. In fact, I would class episode 12 as the most gripping of any series this year. It just goes to show you don't need 24-style "ZOMG where are teh bombz!!!!!!" antics to create compelling drama.
