If booting an AP25 title without AP25 SS game will not boot but will still be protected from logging AP25 violation on current dash 2.0.12611.0
If LT+ encounters an unknown AP25 challenge, game will not boot but console will still be protected from logging AP25 violation on current dash 2.0.12611.0
AP25 SS are region specific for region locked games (Current Example NFS: Hot Pursuit is both PAL and NTSC - 2 different AP25 Patches)
If you boot the AP25 titles without LT+ you will probably be flagged for a ban.
You cannot spoof a different model drive as that can now be detected. With this release of LT+ you HAVE to have an original Benq or Liteon.
LT+ for slim 9504 is next followed by LT+ for slim 0225

Come on. Hes being funny, we already have a thread (Which the announcement was made like 5 minutes after release), and no one made a new one because we are all to busy flashing our 360s, our friends 360s etc. And playing AP2.5 titles without worry.

Anybody knows a good, detailed instructions for flashing your xbox? I've never done that before (I do have a good experience with computers; been building and fixin my own machines for 20 years or so).

depends on which drive u got, they all have different ways to flash, but u use same jungleflasher
first identify your drive!

i managed to brick a samsung once also. luckily they are extremely easy to fix. can't say the same for my old hitachi that i bricked but that was my own stupid fault for trying to flash it under a 64bit version of Vista. lesson learned - read the fuckin' directions WELL next time heh.
off topic a bit i suppose but when is there going to be a newer firmware for samsungs? why isn't LT already available for them?

After some research it doesn't seem like my motherboard supports ahci. I got Asus m2n32 sli deluxe

So even though I have the new LT+ firmware I have to run my iso's through abgx360 1.04 at level 3 to get them to work correct?

If the game has ap2.5 protection then yes, you need to patch the game.

For the new waves yes, so it can apply ap2.5 SS.

hmm i'd say it's pretty inconvenient to brush your teeth as well yet we do it anyway, just to be on the safe side same with this and it will spare u some DL's
nobody forcing u to do it, u just do it so it will work, not be able or wanting to patch u games so they can be playable is as derped up as it will get, ppl forget sometimes how much retail game costs compared to pack of DL's
pretty sure new games will come prepatched with ap2.5, but it won't hurt your buttocks to check through abgx if game is ready for burn or not
