Aaaaaaaaactually, that's not entirely accurate .. unless you happen to be younger than 23. 16 is legal to have sex unless the partner is older than 7 years your senior; in which case it's statutory rape and in some cases if the one party is 16 and the partner is 18 or over, it's statutory rape too.
