Hello, i have browsed the forums for a few years now, so i thought it was about time i made a topic im just wondering, why cpuid is only showing 1024 out of 2048 memory on my ati 5970? Is graphic card only using half of the memory, or isnt cpuid able to scan both gpu's?
Whether that's a misread or not, the fact is that the games and OS will still only "see" 1 gig of usable RAM since each GB is used by each chip. It's slightly like a mirrored stripe set, RAID1.
