Don't think ive even been online this year since getting a seperate jtag'ed console. I do have a legit console that i was thinking about flashing, but i'll wait to see if the firmware has done it's job for the year!
I'm guessing it's gonna go tit's up and then we all have to sit and wait for yet another new and improved firmware. So i'm gonna hold on for the time being.

It doesn't matter, bud. The flag is already set on remote servers, the "wave" is just when it's activated. If you're flagged for a ban, you're done - simple as that. It doesn't matter if you logon during this week, or wait until next July; once flagged it's game over. The only respite is that MS generally only ban October/November, so you can eke a year's worth of Live gaming in the interim.

Was just if they were prioritizing finding hacked firmwares or jtags higher during this period. I kinda won't feel safe until it's over.

JTAGs are different, they get banned within days (sometimes hours) of being online, from what I understand. There's a booming market in KV sales (keyvaults, the NAND security keys) so that banned JTAG machines can get back online.

Guess ive been lucky, had mine 2-3 years and no ban, though ive always been careful to have the latest firmware, ss2 etc.. no idea if it helps but so far so good.

Well, I think I have a new gameplan.
I'm getting a JTAG:ed 360 for all games that I download, and a bone stock unit for Live. So the games I wanna play online, I gotta buy..
But, what to do with the one that I have now, the iX LT-flashed one..

I bought a cheap flashed 360 on eBay and keep it offline. I only plug it into my router to buy indie games and DLC on XBL Marketplace like Limbo and Alan Wake DLC. Can I get banned even if I dont play games online?

Survived two years, but got nailed on two 360s last year.
Decided to go with a legit machine, which lasted about 2 weeks before I ended up flashing again.
Had ixtreme LT and never played a game without verifying on abgx, so we'll see what happens this year, I expect a ban, but that's fine.

My xcrap is freaking funny.
1. Whenever i plug in a hdd i suddenly get "disc read error" on all games. Even with an empty hdd !! Tried a bunch of them already, formated, cache cleared etc, same thing
2. Every usb stick i plug in (for title updates, savegames, etc) gets broken after about 3 days of use.
hdd 70$ + usb sticks 4x20$ = 150 fucking $ thrown out the fucking window
And they expect me to not pirate it, fuck that. So yeah.. i log in everytime but just to get the title updates. They better not ban me for that or i'll ... i'll... jkasdhljkhajksdfh;das

I'm sorry, but how is failing AP25 any indication that you're banned? You might as well say "if you flash iXtreme you're banned" - even though, regardless of flags, you might NEVER get banned. MS don't instantly ban every single person with a flashed box :\ As far as I was aware, AP25 (Anti Piracy 2.5) is a PROTECTION system built into certain, and apparently now recent, games. Saying that you're banned for failing that protection would be the same as saying you would be banned from online functionalities for failing a StarForce check...

I've been playing Fable 3 on my machine, using a LiteOn flashed with iXtreme LT. By all indications, I should have failed the AP25 check right?
