Tron.Evolution.XBOX360-GLoBAL

Description:

TRON: Evolution is one of the keys to unlocking the TRON mythology. The game's story takes place before the "TRON: Legacy" events and provides insight into the film's past. As an integrated entertainment experience, the film will reference elements of the game's story.

TRON Evolution is an immersive 3rd person action/adventure game that pulls the player into the unique digital world of TRON. Gamers explore TRON's cities using the free running phenomenon Parkour, navigate among unique rebel factions, and fight an epic battle against a dictator's seemingly unstoppable army in the prequel story to the blockbuster film, TRON: Legacy.

TRON Evolution is one of the keys to unlocking the TRON mythology

The game's story takes place before the film begins. The game's release prior to the film means fans get time to experience the new TRON world on a next-gen game platform. The TRON film features dialogue and story that will connect to its story's past, which players will experience in the video game

In the game, you play as a program named "Anon" (Anonymous) and as you venture through the TRON world discovering the reason behind the Abraxas viral outbreak, you'll see locations, vehicle and weapons unique to the Evolution video game as you make new allies and new enemies. TRON Evolution stars Olivia Wilde as Quorra and Bruce Boxleitner as Tron, reprising their roles from the upcoming Tron: Legacy.

The collaboration between the film development story and the film production is significant.

Propaganda maintained a close collaboration with the film producers to understand details on the aesthetics of the TRON world and story of the franchise - frequent meetings took place in Vancouver during principal shooting and the relationship continues to be tight during game production and film post-production.

Director Joseph Kosinski plays a key role in collaborating on the creation of the game. He's consulted on the look and gameplay.

TRON Evolution features persistent player progression - connecting a player's offline experience with their online experience

The player's results during their offline game affect their online game and vice versa Meaning that if the player comes to a disc station at level 5 during their single player story mode game, they can go online and level up their character to say level 7 and possibly earn a new disc type. That new level and disc variation are then bought back into the single player game exactly where the player left off.

Features:

* High Mobility Combat - Battle the enemies of the TRON world with your light disc using a dynamic blend of Parkour and martial arts movement on your heroic mission across the Grid.

* Vehicular Action - Fast paced exciting light cycle racing and combat in the digital TRON world.

* Bridge the Legacy - TRON: Evolution is the prequel story to the film TRON: Legacy and unlocks mysteries in the rich TRON mythology.

* Online/Multiplayer ? TRON: Evolution has an innovative online experience featuring persistent character progression.

* Voiceover Cast - Voiceover by actress Olivia Wilde as Quorra, Bruce Boxleitner as Tron, and others to follow.

Does AnyDVD style corruption affect gameplay at all? or is it moreso about being detected on live? I could care less about the latter, but dont wanna waste a disc if I need to wait for a fix.

It's like a neon blue lighting meets prince of persia (combat, wallrun, jump, climbing bout puzzles). If that sounds like something you wanna play, check it out!

Ya guys. It is a fucking travisty. I mean how they can take source material and rape it repeatedly is something that should be a felony.

Sad.

The levels are boring, the enemies are 100% braindead and as you go on and level up you...have NOTHING interesting to get.

I was laughing with the other peeps who were over. We were randomly making skills and shit up that were FAR better than those guys. I mean...jezuz.

Well I guess the Jailbreak release is working with retail update. In case anyone wants to try it out without wasting a Verb. I will confirm when I get home but the folks over at psx-scene say it's working. Wish someone would get Splatterhouse rollin I wanna try that too lol

-EDIT Indeed it does work. Played like ten minutes , might be actually cool if nothing else just to pump you up for the movie. I will stomach any mediocre TRON game as long as I get to cruise a light cycle at some point in the game Very Happy

But if you google search TRON JAILBREAK its like the fifth hit and its the first hit that takes you to psx-scene.
