anyone knows how they make such vids? i mean interactive 360 panoramas from stills are old as age but videos...?

Instead of using photo cameras, they used video cameras. Problem ? Cool Face

after a little googling I see that it's shot with a single lens (which is pretty logical because you can't glue several pieces of video so perfectly).

edit: nope, there are six-lens solutions too
