How does a company know if their employee is gay? Is there a question "do you like to suck dicks" in the interview?
I though it's only allowed in eastern-european countries in transition to capitalism, where companies act like churches in medieval times.

Guys, the video's title prety much says why they did this. "It Gets Better".
This is all about letting gay kids know that even though they are ridiculed and shunned in their schools and communities, it will get better after they grow up, so they don't go and kill themselves (teen suicide most often relate to being "that different kid" in school, and gays have it much worse than any other). So I applaud their video and try not to see too much into it.

Homosexualism itself is nothing new. It was in ancient Greece, ancient Rome and even some animals practicise homosexual activities. In every society there is a minor percentage of homosexuals, so we can say that it is (to some extent) normal. But the homosexual orientation itself is not a problem.
The problem is that u have two cathegories of homosexuals.
First u got so called "regular homosexuals".No one even know that they are homosexual because they usually don't manifest that in the public. Of course they still put penis in their partners anus, but they don't think that the whole world should know about it. When it comes to this guys, I have to say that I am perfectly fine with them, just like I'm perfecly fine with heterosexuals who don't brag about their sexuality.
But second cathegory of homosexuals is a different story. It's actually a political cathegory. They are so called gays or gay activists that represent LGBT organisations. Those are the same people that organise "equality parades" every year under my window forcing me and my family to watch them dancing with bare naked ass. This people use their sexual orientation like a political banner, they want privilages, they want child adoption, they say that homosexualism and heterosexualism are equal [as we all know they are not, simply because homosexuals can't have children].
I'm 100% sure that this type of people lobbied in EA to push this homo-advertisement and I'm also sure that the rest of "regular homosexuals" in EA felt embarrased about it.
