So I want to play this on PS3 with Kmeaw. It doesn't work with internal HDD, right? Can I just stick it to a 16GB USB key and use that as external? Anyone has any insights?

Yes you can stick it on a USB stick as use that as an external drive. Just make sure to run it via MultiMAN and either select-x or setting as EXTERNAL/USB for Game Options. But why run it on the PS3? Why not grab the PC version?

PC version is shit, riddled with bugs. PS3 version is at least bug free. What a horrible port.

You don't run ISOs on the PS3, you do pretty much the same as JTAG; extract the contents of the disk to their own folder and then launch via a backup manager. External drives have to be FAT32, internal are formatted in a Sony proprietary partition that nobody yet knows what it is. Some postulate it's based on EXT3, but it's not actually compatible with any known FS.
