My CD version doesn't seem to have it.
Could someone please post it here?

Trash the drivers from the catalyst cd and uninstall them. Get latest omega drivers. They are much better.

You misunderstand. This file is not in the catalyst drivers, it's only available on the catalyst CD. My installation CD has gone bad and I would appreciate if someone would pull out their Catalyst CD and post the file.
Thanks.

P.S. The card is ATI X800 XT PE Smile.

Omega drivers are not good. All he does is remove functions from the API. It can cause stability issues and all sorts of hell. They offer no performance increase whatsoever.

I've done testing on a lot of Omega drivers and Cat drivers and I see no difference, other than Omega causing a VPU recover in some games.

I never get VPU recover when using Omega drivers. You won't notice increase in 3dmark or other benchmarking because they are optimized for the games themselves and their engines. Not like official drivers that are the opposite. The Omega pack also includes some nifty tools and installs all files in a tight place.
