hell yeah. One of the best pc rpgs for me. After gothic + add on it was the only pc rpg that could comfort me andgive me a similar feeling of fun ;<

Div I, Div II and Div II: FoV all great games. Can't wait for this one. Although most good game companies go to shit after a few titles so I'm a bit skeptical.

Was there any doubt?  The question is, will it be like Divine Divinity or Divinity II? I can't say I prefer one style over the other, but I do prefer Divinity II because it's better put together (the blame goes on the publisher they had when they made Divine, of course). I really loved what they did to the Gothic-like subgenre with Divinity II! Loved all the secrets, puzzles, platforming and what not!

I don't understand why you would take them separately. Divinity II is the whole game, The Dragon Knight Saga. It was even supposed to be released like that, but they had to cut the part from FoV for time reasons.

I disagree, The Dragon Knight Saga ended really well. It suprised me how the game felt so complete when I finished it. I miss this in today's games which are made from the very start with obvious idiotic cliffhangers just so they can make a sequel, because MOAR MONEY!!! Just because Damian got away once again doesn't make the ending of the game shit, but that's just my opinion I guess... Also, all of Larian's games are placed in the same universe so they tend to have a lot to do with each other, even if it's a different kind of game.

Div 2 ending was pretty cool I thought, though an obvious setup for a sequel/xpack. Never finished the addon.

Indeed DR, the ending was great due to that the entire plot of FoV was getting rid of Damien's armada and getting the Divine released from Hall of Echoes, not killing Damien.
I found the writing in general in Ego Draconis to be better than FoV though.

It's incredibly good! It adds quite a lot to the game and it's filled with awesome characters and a lot of quests and that in a quite small area. Even in that small area it's still longer than a lot of games we get today though... and it's only an expansion, damn it!
