"Its remake of Yars Revenge will have a Japanese anime art style as it tells the story of a nameless Yar who was previously brainwashed by the Qotile empire. Now having broken from their control, the Yar battles back against its former masters. Look for massive aerial battles, multiple endings and local support for two player co-op."
Available for Steam, XBLA and PSN in early 2011.

Yar's Revenge was one of the best games, if not the best game, on the Atari 2600. I have fond memories playing that as a kid.

I did,... can' change the resolution to anything else than what looks to be 800x600 in windowed mode. Environment and gameplay is not bad, but not good either. Game is kinda hard. You have checkpoints, but I don't know why when I died at the boss of the first level it didn't revert to a checkpoint but instead to the start of the level (maybe there are lives?). So yeah, I got to the first boss, died and quit.

Too bad the crack file 'paul.dll' in SkidRow folder was flagged as malware. I never ran it after that in fear of wrecking my system. I loved this game on Atari.

Paul.dll has been around for awhile as part of the cracks for a lot of games. It gets identified as a virus but I think it's just a false-positive.

hmm just tried and its kinda sh1t. You change the graphics settings from the appsettings.ini file in the win32 folder. :\

yeah i did , its a Rail Shooter quite good but Skidrow version should be NUKED for BAD CRACK , on Level 2 your aim reticule is locked in one place |
