If you have headaches that last that long, go to a doctor. It could be numerous things, from inflamed sinuses, tension headaches, bad eyesight, bad posture (given that you're in front of comp that long)...
When I have migraine attack (last one was last week, I couldn't get out of bed how bad it was) I take ibuprofenum and lie in bed trying to fall asleep.
I went to neurologist and she said to take magnesium, as it helps with muscle relaxing.
The brain tumor rarely comes just with strong headaches, there are usually some other symptoms like speech impediment, poor coordination, nerve 'glitches' (facial paralysis etc.).
But go to a doctor so that he (she) can make tests and see if it's just exhaustion or something that's treatable...

Go to doctor. Have blood tested. They will know if you have stress or overwork syndrome just by looking the results these days.
It worked for me.

Seriously such "computer behaviour" would give me also a headache. I would consult a doctor in your case... and maybe talk about what you do during the day. If the computer stuff could be any problem, you'll know soon enough  . Everything's better than the headache I think.
