EXCLUSIVE: Anthony Mackie has closed a deal to carry the shield and his first superhero picture in Captain America 4, sources said.
Kevin Feige’s Marvel Studios keeps its details well under wraps and it isn’t clear whether the movie will involve Sebastian Stan, who starred with Mackie in the well-received Marvel Studios Disney+ limited series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

I was wondering why everyone is obsessed with super soldier serum, and how Falcon should take it to be on the level with Steve Rogers? Why noone in MCU universe speaks about radioactive spiders? Clearly judging by the Spiderman's abilities in his movies and his fight with Rogers and Bucky, one bite of such spider will turn you into even more powerful being than the original Captain America could ever be.
Because radioactive spiders are Sony corporation patent and super soldier serum belongs to Walt D. Stark.

One of the most controversial elements of the upcoming “Captain America: Brave New World” has been altered according to a blog post on Marvel’s official website.
With the film’s trailer arriving the other day, further information about the project has been released in the posting and confirms that the character of Ruth Bat-Seraph (aka. Sabra) is getting a new backstory.
In the comics, Sabra is an “X-Men” mutant who was a member of the Israeli secret service the Mossad. In the film however, she will be a former Black Widow turned high-ranking U.S. government official who has the trust of President Ross.
The reason for the change is officially unknown at this time. Shira Haas plays the role in the film with Marvel Studios previously saying that the character would have a “new approach” to her.
