I am watching my movies on laptop with stereo headphones.
Will I lose any quality with this release or any other releases named 5.1? Will the stereo headphones be playing only two speakers sound of that 5.1 range or will it be all playing all correctly and positioned right for stereo ?

Pirates Of The Caribbean Trilogy BDRip H264 5.1 ch-SecretMyth ?

if i undestand your question correctly, the answer is 'no', you wont lose the 'quality', in that if you set up your system correctly, the multiple channels will be merged together for 2-speaker playback, so youll hear all the voices and sounds without anything being left out.
