Looks... Okay? Was going to ask opinions on it, but no thread existed, so had to make one.
Edit: Screenies added to original post.
Also, it does look quite good, but 25 quid is really steep. I'll try and fish out some reviews. It's out on Steam (How I first noticed it), with 10% off currently.

this one i tried for all of 4 minutes. after seeing the 1999 era graphic, it was enough of my life i'm willing to give to this game.
xb360 pad support? no sir. dx11 support? forget about it. 2560x1600 support? well, yes it does strangely enough. the gui and panels look like some arse clown made it.
what did they spend on all the 2.12 gb? it's definitely not the graphics for sure.
the models are bare bones. the landscape on the map looks so plain it's like a group of hobo decided to get together, got drunk, and drew it with their feces.
this one i would have to be stupid bored to come back and play later.

Played it for 15 minutes and decided to uninstall it. There is no proper tutorial, only same blurry video's with some text that doesn't explain anything. I had hopes the game would at least give me a tutorial based campaign level when first starting the campaign.
Alas, you just get dropped in the game to figure out the rules for yourself, couldn't be bothered and the graphics look like shit.
Best campaign that I felt actually taught you the units through the story, being a constant mix of tutorial plus figure it out yourself, I feel was in Act of War. I loved that game.
Plus in the end you got to fire a nuclear missile and destroy everything.

Am I the only one who just don't play tutorials?
shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.
I thought the whole world would be my playground, but it turns out the game only covers Europe and North Africa. Bleh. It also has long load times and has performance issues despite sporting unimpressive graphics.
All in all not a very interesting package for me. I guess I was hoping for something more like a modern Hearts of Iron, or something akin to Supreme Ruler 2020 but a tad less dense and without low-quality Google Earth maps for graphics. Or maybe something like SuperPower 2 minus the suck.
Hell, nobody can pull off a proper modern/near-future grand strategy game!
