Fabian, the guy in the costume is disabled and people don't even sit next to him in the bus. They ask if people really have to change their exterior to have a place in society.

There are only a few people out there that DON'T judge by the exterior .
But the exterior is the first thing you notice about someone, then your brain tries to create an image of that person based on how he looks .

Or : Let's assume that I got 3 hands, yeah that's how i was born, pretty unfortunate, 90% of the population has 2 hands which is pretty common, my brain is ok and I am a genius, I know how to speak, and I know how to write ( everyone knows how to write, but not exactly in the right way ) I'm even a poet, but what for if i have 3 hands and everyone percieves me as a weird guy ? That's the point .

Sadly, people with handicaps, especially with mental handicaps are marginalized, and aside from their family, they won't get love, they won't get a girlfriend, never understand many things, and they won't even understand, that they can't understand, they will only feel, that somehow, they're missing out, and the solution is forever out of their reach. I think that is a state of existence none of us here can ever comprehend. These people need for US to reach out and love them, but we simply don't have the time to invest, is what most of us are thinking in this rushed world.
Random acts of kindness have lost their value, the bigger and faster a community gets, the less attention people pay - because it's easier this way.
But its all in german... Tho again. I think I can imagine what they are saying

Anybody knows in which city the video was taken? Seems like a place I've been to before.
Maybe a small town in south-east Germany, or Austria.

yeah, it reminded me also of someplace i have been, but not zürich. I checked one of the restaurant names visible in the film to find out that i was wrong too
