try drinking water and hiding in the shadows. It usually works for me. But hot summer always fucks me up good as well

I basically did. Not ice cold turkey. But one a day or one every 2 days. if im stressed out to death then i will smoke. But i've gone from 1 pack a day to 1 cig a day \o/ and now i get angry easily
