Anyways there's no graphics setting and you can only select from 16:9 resolutions so I had to edit the ini file, aspect ratio is off a bit due to that though but you can customize a lot of things this way though it's a bit cumbersome.

Controls are a bit clunky and combat or rather melee doesn't seem to connect properly, that priest you get into a brawl with early on just fell down dead after I "hit" him a few times.


From the forums it seems there's only one ending although the way to the end differs from your choices and this also affects various things like mission difficulty, early on you can free a captive, let her be, or kill her.
(Or free her and then kill her which I accidentally managed to do.)

Runs at around 50 frames per second but I'm using a variety of tweaks so it should perform fairly good for a UE3 title, or rather this is using the UDK version of that. Smile

even if they will make it episodic 8-10h is nice for one ep. - Van Helsing style of episodic relase is fine by me

Further tweaking, I enabled DirectX 11 (D3D11=True) and that seems to work but there's no special features or anything so at most you'll get some better shaders and possibly improved performance.

Was also possible to re-add the ConsoleKey=Tilde and TypeKey=T keys to the Input ini file and get that working too.











EDIT: The game is very heavy on QTE action.

10 minutes was all i could stand of this game. Suddenly in a alternate dimension or timeline with not a care in the world. Or clue, i'm not really sure, main character seems to be really stupid.

I was actually going to give it a shot too


You even have to finish a QTE mini-game when crafting and using certain items like bandages, which is a bit strange.

Wow this game is bad.

I tried the FLT release and got to where you have to kill a panther, but the panther bodies disappear so no meat and no way to finish the quest.

I really HATE QTE's and this game seems to be almost entirely comprised of QTE's.

I hope it works, I noticed just recently that there's a ini file for some of the save data, basically determines what you can see on the load/save page.
(I deleted some older saves and noticed they were still listed in the game so I looked through the game files and found that ini file with that info in it, of course deleting saves from the menu directly will also clear the ini file.)
