I have a gigabyte h57m usb3 mb.And a gigabyte 280 GTX.Lately decided to build out a comp from these spare parts.Finished the build. Powered it on the VGA card the fan
starting to spin at 100% and all the lights green,yet no DVI out. Putted the monitors DVI to the chipsets out,voilla theres display.Booted to windows.No card in the device
manager. Well tough my self maybe a bios update.. Downloaded the latest f9 of the board...Same sh*t...Freaking no way. Well maybe the card or slot
defective.Putted in a Sapphire 6850,working fine. Well maybe its just an NVIDIA incompatibility.Took out the Inno3d 480 gtx from my main rig,working like a charm...
started to hum...maybe the card defective?
Well putted the damn 280 gtx to my main Rig with an Asus p55d evo mb.Card working great!!!!
So damn GIGABYTE is only incompatible with damn GIGABYTE!?!??!?!?

im too drunk to really focus for more than whatever eseconds but i did read that the card isnt being readed but you tried other shit and fond that its not a problem with teh board or the card but its just not recognitinsg it n shit
i had the exact same problem! but with a sond arard. it was weird. i install win7 32bit and it worked fine, then i upgraded my motherbrd and went to win64 and i the thing went fuckyou and just wouldnt regoigtnize it and i was all wtf man.
i wzu worried my board was fuckt so igrabbed another card out of another pc an dput it in this pec, and it worked so i nkew that the motherbord wasnt the poroblem. i htought wtf is this shit now man? so i pu t the soundcard that THIS pc wanst recogning into the OHTEr pc, installed win7 32 bit, and the card wordsk fine.... so clreahly its not a prolblem with the CARD
so card is good motherboar is good, but for somt fucke up readong, THAT CARD WOULDNOT WORK ONTHIS MOTHRDBOARD EVEN THOU THERS NO PROBLEM WITH THE CARD, MOTHERBORD OR ANY OF THAT SHIT, ITS WERID MAN I DUNNO, SO BIZZARDE
