Cool. Will it be available only via PSN or as a box game?

I've only briefly played the first level, so it's hardly fair to judge, but I wasn't impressed.
Coming from the guys who made Super Stardust HD I expected something a lot more fun and frenetic but it's quite slow and deliberate. Didn't seem like a bad game but I've played so many just like it, even recently, and this just felt like re-treading the same ground. I'll give it another chance once my love affair with GT5 dies down but first impressions are it seemed pretty run of the mill.

I bought this yesterday played it for a few hours and had a lot of fun. They have some great ideas and I love the mood and graphics. The control is good and having to use the R1 for shooting is a challenge all its own. I am so use to holding down the R1 to shoot just like in Black Ops so it's a little weird when you start. But then you get the SMG and all is good. The challenge is very good too. I highly recommend it and it's only $15!

"Dead Nation: Apocalypse Edition" coming to PS4 free with PSN+ next month -- with a twist! People watching you stream this over Twitch can influence the difficulty of the game by appearing as a named zombies onscreen Really, really cool use of the streaming feature. I loved Dead Nation and would love a PC port since my PS3 is dead now

Top down shoot 'em up Dead Nation: Apocalypse Edition is coming to PlayStation 4 on March 4, according to a post on the PlayStation Blog.
This upgraded version of Housemarque's 2010 PlayStation 3 zombie apocalypse shooter will be available through the PlayStation Store for $14.99 or free with PlayStation Plus as part of the Instant Game Collection.
Apocalypse Edition will feature the original game's full campaign mode, which can be played single-player and with online or local co-op, as well as The Road to Devastation expansion, which adds the Arcade and Endless game modes. Housemarque has also made a number of "enhancements" specifically for this PS4 version. The game will play in 1080p HD and include new textures and effects, as well as a quick weapon select option for combat. The title is also compatible with the PlayStation companion app.
New to Dead Nation for PS4 is Challenge mode, which allows players to send their scores to friends. Players will play alongside their friends' avatars in these challenge levels, racing against them to beat their score. Players can also select and tackle challenges posted to the Dead Nation leaderboards.
Dead Nation: Apocalypse Edition also features Broadcast+ mode: here, while players stream their game, viewers can influence the difficulty by voting through the PS4 or via web browser for positive or negative in-game effects. There are 30 different effects viewers can influence, from spawning more ammo packs to disabling players' sprint ability. Voters will also appear as named zombies in the streamer's game.
