When stalker first came out, i already had a feeling it had the potential of having some sort of big openworld MP to it.

Would be awesome if they work this out correctly.

This doesn't seem to have any connections to GSC (Ukraininan developer of the stalker games).

I've always said that the Stalker universe would make a cracking MMO.

I'd prefer a simple coop game for 4-ish players. An MMO would completely rid the game of the feeling of loneliness.

Would not. While you slowly creep through the wasteland, sudenly 15 guys rush past you doing rocket jumps allover the map? That seems quite in the mood..or not.

Could be implemented like in original Guild Wars. Hubs/cities where you can assemble a group and then head out to the wild, instanced world with your buddies.

Good, because I sure as hell don't want them wasting their time in some lame ass MMO.

Bring on STALKER 2!

+1

I presume it won't be out soon. Just like Fallout online is taking it slow. Laughing
