I have 1x4gb 1600 ddr3 corsair vengeance blue module and i got some 2x2gb 1600 ddr3 kingston hyperx blu modules from a friend, do you think its okay to use all 3? Will it run the same etc? Cheers!

You'll lose the dual-channel leg-up. You'll have more RAM but at less speeds. Stick to the Kingston and sell the Corsair.
