I have a question, when you are subscribed for psplus for example 3 months and download the free games and you stop paying for 1 month and then continue your subscription will you have those free games youve download before?

Once your PS+ sub runs out I don't think you can play those games anymore (unless you have them already downloaded on your hard disk)

True. Without an active subscription any downloaded PlayStation Plus titles are not playable, even if you did download them to your hard disk.
May the NFOrce be with you always.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think they were asking if they stop paying but then continue to pay again will you still have the original games?
Someone else can also confirm but I believe you will be able to play the games again once your subscription is back up to date, however, if games are released during the time your subscription was expired you will not be entitled to the games you missed, just the ones you got while you had an active subscription.

You keep all games, you only can't play them when there is no active subscription on, that's the only thing.

means that your active subscription for PS+ is valid until february 2015. If you extend your sub, it will automatically extend the game license too.

An exception to this are games you bought with a PSN discount. You keep those even after the subscription ends.

yep, free ps plus titles are only available with an active subscription. if it ends you cant play anymore, if you renew the subscription you can play them again.
and as bringiton said: if you purchased titles with psplus discount you can always play them, even without a subscription
