They might have disabled the long video feature for your account. It is only available for people with clean accounts.
When you go to the upload page, do you see a "Congratulations! Your account is now enabled for uploads longer than 15 minutes. Click the Upload button below to select a video." message? If you do, then contact their support.
Otherwise, try to contest the copyright claim by "X Media Digital". If your video is restored, your account will be clean once again.

Yea i did the last thing you said, cuz they ofc have no rights at all.
But that means that i prolly have to reupload the video for it to be accepted again right?
And the message of 15min and longer, i had that since ages ago and it was still there
