What graphics card do you have?

Various posts suggests a remnant ATI .dll file (atiadlxx.dll or atiadlxy.dll) might be what is interfering if you've previously used such as card and then switched to NVIDIA without properly uninstalling the drivers and other remaining info first.

I bet it was due to the version of visual studio used by the 2 groups for the dll compile. So, I still think it's a c++ redist problem.

Could be, there's VC++ 2005, VC++ 2005 SP1, VC++ 2005 ATL and VC++ 2005 MFC in I believe that order with each being newer than the earlier, pretty sure SP1 is enough though for both 2005 and 2008, not much using 2010 but there's a SP1 for that too and a few hotfixes but 2010 updates much better than the earlier revisions. Razz
(I use the latest - that I know of - for each of these three for 32 and 64 bit and that has worked without issue but there's no problem with having multiple installations of them.)
