It's been a hell of a year, I'm still stuck on TW2 expansion, then it's COD:MW3, than a dozen other games, just not enough time to play them all.

yeah but is la noire "bad" ?
i think people use the word "port" as a synonym for the game being bad way too fast lol (skyrim is a 1:1 clone too, does that make it bad lol ? ^^)

Well, I didn't even try it yet but from what I've seen so far it seems like another GTA4 to me: a good (even great) game ruined by the shit performance and sloppy coding of the PC version.
They'll be great games as soon as I get a new system and I'm guessing the same will happen with GTAV.

Nah, its a shit port when it looks bad and it runs bad. Luckily there is not a lot playing in the "game" so its okay.

Even so that 30 fps cap is enough to completely ruin the game for me, I'm afraid.

I don't need anything else than Skyrim atm. All the other releases are in the waiting queue.
And I don't think I'll finish this fucker before 2012. Didn't even see the tip of the iceberg and I'm already played it for 70+ hours since 10th November. (Restarted it twice).

The only "GTA" I'm expecting from LA Noire with my current system is the shit performance.

I read that NFS: The Run can be beat in about 2-3 hours? If that's right I might even play it. Since, apparently I lack the patience for most longer games these days :/

If you force v-sync+triple buffering the 30fps cap suddenly becomes less annoying ..grab the iso demo, the game is good  (just don't expect a noir GTA -like Sabin said-, they might look similar but this one is basically a different genre) |

the games or not the isseu, the technology is ... FFS not even crysis 2 CRYSIS CRYYYYYSISSSSSS had dx 11 support out of the box because of consoles. PC gaming IS DEAD. its all consoles ports based on 7 year old technology and dont you deny it. Skyrim also does not have dx11 ..
