So it went gold:

ARUSH Publishing and Groove Games send word that Playboy: The Mansion, Cyberlore's upcoming game that allows player's to live the life of The Hef, is complete, and headed to stores on January 25 for the PC, Xbox, and PS2. Here's the gold announcement for the game, which you will of course want to play for the articles:
Playboy’s First-Ever Video Game Sent for Manufacturing

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – January 13, 2005 – Hip Interactive’s (TSX:HP) wholly owned subsidiary, ARUSH Publishing, in conjunction with Groove Games, today announced that the North American version of the multi-platform video game release, "Playboy: The Mansion," has been sent off for manufacturing. Developed by Cyberlore Studios for Playboy, "Playboy: The Mansion" invites players to virtually step into Playboy Founder Hugh Hefner’s slippers and run the famous Playboy empire. Available for the PlayStation(R)2 computer entertainment system, the Xbox(R) video game system from Microsoft and PC systems, the game is rated M for Mature by the ESRB, and is scheduled to ship to stores on January 25, 2005.

“Gamers are now one step closer to virtually walking through the doors of the Playboy Mansion, and experiencing a world of photo shoots, celebrity-filled parties, and midnight rendezvous in the grotto,” said Jim Perkins, president of ARUSH Publishing. “Beyond the sexy fun that players expect from the Playboy brand, 'Playboy: The Mansion' is filled with simulation depth, and we are extremely pleased with the final product.”

I think it should be known that wanking to ANYTHING displayed on a TV or Computer Monitor would be considered wanking to a "bunch of pixels"...

even though this has been in production for ages this seems to have a lack-lustre approach and 5% effort applied. doesnt even look good.

Hah. Turned out to be utter crap just as expected. Look at those screens..bleh.
Ah well.....maybe those stupid fuckers will one day learn that if you're going to make a game soley via stealing concepts of another, and are too lazy to at least attempt to improve upon them, but instead base it on sex appeal, at least DELIVER in that department.
That IGN review was hillarious.

I highly doubt that version would have sf3 since it isn't even on a cd, it's a download
