Well you won't have, as that particular piece is from the DSi shop on the NDSi It's very similar to elevator music though, scarily similar actually, and yes; the music plays as soon as a copy dialogue opens. Just grab it and run it (it's portable) and forget. It's hella funny when you forget you've got it running and suddenly the music plays during a copy
