What the title said. I was having constant issues of my discs ejecting randomly.. I've got a 1st model PS4 and saw an article saying to remove the Eject's rubber below it.. So i pulled it off and during 40h of DRAGON QUEST XI the console decides to fuck me up a cutscene (Good thing i've saved) and eject the game out..

I tought this'd solve the problem, but nothing... And i don't know if touching something from inside the console will really help or not.

Console's out of warranty, incase the solution is another PS4 or the Pro one (New button'd models)

Anything that i could do to prevent more ejects?

Ummm like i said on the 1st post, i removed that from under the Eject sensor before playing DQXI and nothing happened until now, but you said "Removing the RubberS". Plural...You removed BOTH and then no more happened?

If this keeps happening, and since the PS4's out of warranty (Bought day 1), should i consider getting a PS4 Slim? (Not using a 4K TV)...Does PS4 Slim has had issues back then with other users?

The sensor tape method fixed it for me.
