So yeah, I got to buy a proper controller for my ps3! The left analog stick should be up in the left corner damnit! And it just feels too small... for small jap hands. And the analog sticks are to high... Sony doesn't do much research, same damn controller since ps1.
But the console itself seems pretty decent. Got some strange interferance when choosing 1080p dashboard, that worked great on 360 with the same HDMI cable... hmmm.
Guess im overall happy when my exclusives arrive. I got Killzone 3 for 49 NOK!

Nah but seriously, im generally happy about the ps3. Of course mainly because of free online gaming, and that old exclusives are pretty cheap now (even in Norway)
Integrated wifi is nice, but also a standard for xbox slim now tho.
Its also very silent, and thats nice. I got the 320gb version btw.

I wouldn't spend money on it but as a gift...I'd say it's great! (I don't know how is the scene these days though->how many games you can play without spending moniez, but I guess there aren't particular problems). Congrats

A. for a media station with PS3 MEDIA SERVER http://ps3mediaserver.blogspot.com/ it uses a hole in the FTP media server region to upload movies/pictures/MP3 from your PC directly to your PS3 HDD ... to copy them back to your PC well you have to use a USB media device of your pick :/ like a HDD or a stick
B. use it as a alternative internet browsing device just add a keyboard and mouse or you a pad
C. Edit movies and pictures
D. Watch FREE Internet TV
E. create 5+1 [one main to RULE THE FUCK THEM ALL plus if PSN gets down gain you get all they free games they will offer again LULZ ] different logins to see all PSN and get all the free stuff/demos from all regions {UK, USA, JAPAN,CANADA,AFRICA [not kidding] }... each login gives you different psn stuff to see and different HOME places to visit
F. Get to know people in PS HOME your free MMO like thingi ... see free movies in the cinema , get free PSN games codes for playing home game etc.. each stuff exclusive to different psn region
G. Read news/view maps / see different cultures in the Life thingi http://www.playstation.com/life/en/index.html
H. the most cheapest BD player ever... that can't read VCDs and SVCDS
all that if your legal ... if not go flash your ps3

ps3 games after 5 months are cheas as fuck you can get 4 titles for the price of ONE ... and we are talking about new copies... on the used market you can get 5-6 games from the price of one
when games are co cheap its not even worth pirating on that system

I got pretty big hands, and I prefer the DS3 over the Xbox controller, with one exception: the analog triggers on the DS3 are terrible.
My PS3 also got some goodies, I got a bunch of games for Christmas

Seems like a proper R* title so far, pretty good although..console controls, wish we got it on PC

True driving sim my ass, Shift 1 and 2 leave this in the dust. While its "GT mode" is more fun than Shift's career modes (both of em) are, it's still really not impressive on the driving front

Im 100% sure if you gave both a ps3 can a 360 controller to a doctor or a person that works with ergonomy he would go for 360. A friend of mine is ps3 fanboi, but uses 360 controller for his PC. Nuff said
And it really has nothing to do with being a fanboy. If you got both, try back and forth and you will no doubt end up with the 360 controller
