I've had these logitech x 230 speakers for a while now n they they do the job the job just right, but i've got this 42 inch lcd lg tv but the speakers arn't the greatest and are low to say the least.
These logitech x 230 speakers1 only have one place to put wires in so it seems they can only connect to my pc which i have them connected too now just wondering if theres a way to connect them to my pc and tv at the same time?

If you use the TV separately from the PC and still want the sound from the speakers, then you can use the line-in jack on your PC to get the sound from the TV (it should have an Audio Out connector).
I used it like that at one point myself. Audio quality options are more limited that way though, but shouldn't be anything you'd actually notice, I think. Also you might need to change the audio device in your audio options on the PC every time you want to switch between PC and TV audio, but I am not sure about that... don't really remember now.
Basically all you need is a cable between the TV and PC to test it out. Check your TV or manual for what that cable might be. Most likely RCAs on one end and 3.5mm on the PC side.
Edit: You can also use the optical S/PDIF connection (if you have one on both sides) which should provide for better quality options, but then you definitely will need to switch between playback devices on the PC. If it's necessary to switch in either case, then the optical cable is obviously a better choice.

I might just buy some decent surround speakers what i can hook up to my pc as well as my pc at the same time.
