What is your fav. I don't like VLC the audio is not up to snuff for me. Is there another HD media player that is better?

Winamp for music, VLC for normal avi/mpg and splash pro for mkv (720p or 1080p)
Splash has a lovely setting that makes the image more fluid:
This "Motion²" on this setting gives the feeling that the movie is running at 60fps instead of the usual 30..
