Good question.. They had a publishing deal with EA under the "EA Partners" program, I guess it's over now and they can self-publish..?

bought the bundle.. BUT I already had super meat boy and bit.trip runner... can't I gift them? because I don't see any games when I go to the gifting tab...weird...

Sadly no, they're cracking down on gifts at the site and refuse to allow individual games from the bundle packs - though not even LISTING the items is a new one to me.
