i got this game on ps2 long time ago its crap man... really crap... "long loading times" "crap handling" "stupid cheating AI" "about 15 cars" and all the parts cost so much you be pissed that u wasted 4000 for only one part not to mention the game play is to much repetetive aka "race few races do point to point then repeat" the game also dont have proper sound for car engines heck it dosent even have valve sounds for those cars that have turbo lol btw this game meant to be sim and not arcade lol
and its not coming to pc since the game already out on ps2 for long time...
if you want a good arcade racer try this one instead

yeh i know man they ARE cool but the game has a poor collection of cars..

street racing syndicate quite fun game the "damage system sucks" "good collection of cars" specialy the Skyline GT-R 5 kinds if i remmber... "controls laggy" "low FPS count.." this is on "ps2" i think its comming on pc aswell but i might be wrong.. should be fun but dont count on it... on some races u just give up on it n get pissed like them races where you HAVE to show the chick how good u are behind the wheel and all this under 1 min so its like get 20000 points under 1 min you be pissed when u miss the points and the time will run out

pickups and muscle cars suck, thank god there are normal cars and imports there too

but in every game the same cars like skyline and stuff !
so there are some new shit to tune !!!

Ok, actually i ve downloaded the demo, and being somewhat sceptical at first, this game is not too bad.
Ok, the acting in cut scenes is terrible. NOx isntead of NOS or NO2. Yet the game is enjoyable and its not pure arcade, the cars handle with a bit of sim in them, if you put too much power on the back wheels in a turn, u will psin around, locking the breaks means you cant steer and so on.
I played with the BMW in a quickrace, and did the adventure bit in the truck. 2 cars handle completly different. The bmw feels lighter and turns far better, while the truck feels heavier and turns not as good. Surprisingly the performance was similar. Which is rather odd. Since naturally you would expect a truck to be slower.
The menu system is horrible. It is rather tough trying to upgrade the engine, going through 5-6 levels of menu. Also it is not preety, simple writing that would look better in word.
On a positive note i would play this game, unlike other games that deserve not to be played, such as ambulance driver and hotrod of america or something like that. And that trucking game.
Also this game has a damage model, but the parts that fly off from the car cant be seen. But still it does damage preeeeeeety ok.
But the biggest problem of this game is the fact that the cars feel somewhat not life like.
First: it seems you are driving not in air, but in some jelly with a bigger resistance than air.
Second: There is no sense of speed. 137 mph feels like a 40kmh ride to the grocery store.
Third: The cars feel wrong on the road, they dont drive on it....its hard to explain.but it feels wrong.
Overall expression 5/10. If you have nothing better to do, this is worth a try. Its deffo a budget game and doesnt even come close to street legal or nfs:u
