but after those trailers it definitely looks like... something. Only 5 eps too, maybe they did this one right.

In trailors' fight scenes it's painfully obvious where Echo's actress is switched with her more agile double.
They either couldn't force Echo's actress to make weight in time for the shooting or were not able to find fat enough double or pad double's lower body to match the actress.

I noticed the same. I think it's poor that she couldn't apply herself enough, to lose a few more pounds, especially for this kind of role. In the past she would have been explicitly told/ordered to do so, but studios nowadays are too terrified of triggering any kind of online 'body shaming' mob.

I guess after "they" were faced with the actress's sudden newly gained personality and could not force her to loose it, the US Doubles Guild (whatever it is called, if it exists) protected the already hired slim double and her rights not to wear too much padding. Double's Health Matters.
first half of first ep was ok until it went full disney marvel then skipped through the rest of the show and its just another disney show full diverse indians so proud....
and whats in the first half of first ep was already shown in trailers and that daredevil scene thats mostly it, it playes a bit better but yeah that whole fight scene the choreography looked fake as fuck...
dosent help that the actress got fatter than in hawkeye and she bearly moves now...
Wow what a disappointment. Boring. Dull. Out of shape, expressionless actress. Badly edited. All the hype about it being MA rated turned out just that. Hype with no payback. Compare this to Punisher, for example.
Haven’t watched it yet but I guess IGN shilled it since Angry Joe said it was an epic fail in this TLDW 2 hour?! review despite rating one of the episodes 9/10
