Trine 1 & 2 (with XBOX360-pads) are perfect. Also Renegade Ops might be good.

I already played it myself, it was ok, not as good as Still Life 1, but the story was really good IMO.

If she's into platformers and adventure games then I'd suggest Limbo, Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, Indigo Prophecy, Machinarium, To the Moon, Grim Fandango, Psychonauts, Sanitarium (the first ones that came to my mind ).
You could also try with other genres, something like Jade Empire or Torchlight or..King's Bounty!

Okay, well, easing her in to gaming is one way of going about things - plunging her neck deep is also a method, and worked for me. I got my girl in to gaming by hosting LAN parties, where we played shooters. She enjoys the multiplayer aspect a lot. We started with unreal tournament 2004, and while she wasn't good at the beginning, she kicks ass for a girl now.
She said she enjoyed the fact, that I looked at her as an equal partner in gaming, and didn't play "girly" games with her to ease her in. Her words.

Good call. I think depends a lot on the girl's personality and tastes though which "approach" will work better.

She really liked Tomb Raider games, she loved Still Life, so so far we're playing adventure games. She played Rayman 2 in the past, so Rayman: Origins is kind of a must. |
Tomb Raider and women - there has to be a connection. I had two girlfriends, who were very much against games, but would watch me without end playing Tomb Raider. Weird.
Hmm - adventure games, I think she'd like the Monkey Island recreations. Looks good, is cute, is part of gaming history, funny. One of my fav. adventure games of the last decade was Overclocked. She might enjoy that.

The Portal games are good with a gf. Even the single-player has enough humour and puzzle elements to make it more a social game than other things.
Maybe Half-Life 2? I've played all the HL games with my gf, since they're more story games than just straight FPSs.

Well my fiancée loves bomberman, finished torchlight, loved trine 2 in coop, loved titan quest + immortal throne in 3 player coop (together with her lil sister) and now we are playing counter strike source (she never played any other 3d shooter before, because she has motion sickness regarding 3d stuff... well, I try to get her used to it I'll try to get her good enough to join BF3 ).

Since you have a few adventure/point'n'click type games in the list, with a female protagonist no less, I highly recommend The Longest Journey in the same vein.
It can be obtained from gog (besides obviously the ahem usual places) for 10 bucks, and worth every penny, IMHO.
Since it is circa 2000 you will hafta put up with some blockiness in gfx dept, but otherwise flawless. Story is engaging and lengthy, with some of the best voice talent in a game(even some disney actors), full of riotous humor, and will have you both on edge for hours solving puzzles and riddles. Not at all frustrating though, just the right amount of challenge - esp for two minds.
As a runner up, I recommend the Bioshock games. For some explainable reason I've found females latch on to the story/gameplay of those games.
