As the title says.
I just discovered it. And when using this, i am able to take screenshots from cracked steamworks games i manual add to steam.

I've never heard of it. I assume it's a cracked Steam client... surely it doesn't let you download and play ALL steam games? That would be insane...

Been using it for years, with legit account and "just created for greenluma" accounts, never had problems so far 
Just don't use my legit account for online gaming sessions.

I don't use my legit account either, but even the blank account which has been in use with dozens of different patchers for around 8 years hasn't been banned *fingers crossed*, so.. It doesn't seem very likely Valve will ban you right away, but it is smart to use a blank acc. for use with cracked clients.

there were ppl banned during the holiday sale for cracked steam too, alongside the use of multiple accounts and sam shit

No one was banned for using SAM and cracked Steam.
People that were banned had multiple (20+, with some guys going with over 500) accounts with humble indie bundles in them so they could participate. SAM or cracked Steam had nothing to do with it.

If you are referring to coal farmers, I don't think they got banned over using greenluma.

They were not banned for using SAM, they were banned for accessing a game that wasn't available in their region. There were lots of Russian people that were banned because they had the achievements for Rusty Hearts, a game that is not available in Russia.

I find that pretty weird though. I got a Batman AC key from the humps some time ago, as a gift. Now after the game launch Steam insisted that Batman AC is not available in Romania and i had to use all sorts of workarounds in order to play it.
Is this a banable offense? Even if it's a legitimate gift ?
P.S. I'm not sure whether or not the game shows up as available now in Romania.
Edit: The game still shows up as unavailable.

Or use a screen grabbing tool, there are several. For example HyperSnap might work out for you. I don't really take screenshots, so print scr + ctrl+v is enough for me.
