I've recently used a PPI calims group to get my PPI money back. The Claims Advisory Group is the company I used. Now I've been a bit stupid by not looking them up online and checking this first and also not reading the small print on the documentation I returned to them.

I was told over the phone when I was just about to sign the documents that it was 10% charge. They were successful in getting Lloyds to give me my PPI back but I was totally unaware of the 39% fee.

39%!

Anyone got any ideas of how to maybe get this reduced. Fucking wankers.

Your signature means you agreed to the terms of the contract. I don't think you will have much chance of paying less than what you agreed to.

This.

The guy on the phone definitely said 10% when he called me though so i've asked them to investigate it. If they have the call recorded and say he didnt say that I can request a copy of the call.

Yeah I know that now. And ive sent a letter to this company stating that. They actually sent me 3 letters to sign and I stupidly signed them.

If worst comes to worst and I actually have to give them 39%, i'll pay them £30 a month for however long it needs to be. They wont get the full amount easily.
