I'm looking for a racing game that has TONS of upgrades (almost RPG like)
Think back to Grand Tourismo, with the tons of tuning options and parts, etc.
The closest game I've found since was Tokyo Xtreme Racer. It seems all the games currently just award you vehicles, or there aren't any upgrades (Dirt)
Any suggestions? (I remember a F2P online Racing MMO a couple years back, but forgot the name)

Street Legal Racing: Redline
Tons of upgrades for car, engine, suspension etc, and shitloads of mods (more detailed engines, more cars, more parts).
I hate you.

Other than that, Auto Modellista was pretty friggin' awesome too -- though I believe that's Xbox/GC/PS2 only.
