I don't know. So basicly glass is better than plastic? better for scratches I guess?

Well for the glasses I bought, my lenses had a scratch resistant coating. I think you may need to ask for that as extra.

there is no such a thing as best pc, so you would rather spend money $$$ on upgrading your PC each year...rather than invest in your overall health??
I only had -1.25 in my right eye and -2.25 in left but I had huuuge astigmatism.
Your vision will never improve and will only get worse.
Word of advice, I can give. Make sure to get anti-reflective ones if you seat in front of PC screen for many hours a day
Also I had lenses that change to dark color when there is a sun but those are quite expensive, paid around 1200zł in Poland

I usually wear contacts but when I'm at home I still have my black totally non-hipster Armani glasses, they were quite expensive but even after 6-7 years they're still good looking

Go plastic lenses with anti-glare and anti-scratch coating. Plastic lenses weight less and can survive a drop.
Also for daily glasses that you will be wearing all day long go for about 70% of total eyesight, never do 100% or your head will hurt a lot by the end of the day.

So its one for glass and one for plastic.
I guess expert will advice me on daily eyesight. I will have only those 1 glasses. On at all times.

You're italian, don't need to make excuses for it.
I've been using glasses since the late eighties or early nineties when myopia set in due to too much computer screen.
I would not get LASIK as long as I can see conventions of these eye surgeons and specialists who all wear glasses; if it's not good or safe enough for them, it isn't for me either. |

Kio Yamato Titanium frames are the best i have ever owned. Very pricey though but i love em.
I like my plastic lenses because there so light. But mine even being coated still scratch quite easily. I replace my lenses often, there quite cheap.
