Since the game comes tomorrow (I cant wait) I thought lets open a WoW thread where people can share they thoughts , stuff , chars etc etc etc , also I like to know if anyone already got it in , and if U really need a credcard to activate U first account or that there is a free 1 month card wich U can use to activate a account since the site states that U need a credcard to activate U account wich is imo pathetic for those that dont have a CC and not manny people in EU got one , also would be cool to know wich char u choose and why and maybe U wanna share U account name and maybe in a few weeks we could play all togheter somehow , anyway for those that get the game today and are able to play it tonight at 12 I wish U all a happy game time .

Hell yeah. My copy has been shipped and should arrive either today, or tomorrow. I think you will probably need a card of some kind to activate you're account (CC or DC), but that you will get a free month included in the price of the game. A group of my friends have all bought it, so we intend on playing on the same server and grouping up to do a lot of the harder missions early on, we currently plan on having a druid, hunter and warrior. Which I feel is a rather well rounded team, I will be the druid as when playing the beta I figured out how to play the character well (.. at least as well as you can, I do hope they improve the class somewhat, as do most other people who enjoy playing as one.)...
Im sure Ill come up with more to say later!

Been playing WoW for some time now, been in the EU closed beta from the start and of course I pre orderd, should be getting it tomorrow. Sadly, i will not play it before 4 march, according to blizzard that is when the GC's will be available in EU and i don't have a CC so that's a damn shame.
Anyway, I will be playing Alliance, Paladin, and I would love an NFORCE guilde, also, when the game goes live, we should all agree on what server we will be playing, because if everyone goes in different servers, bye bye goes guilde, so someone who has the game should post a server a PvP server preferbly and the ppl who want to see the guild happening will play there.

I am up for a nforce guild, been playing alliance paladin since eu closed beta. I got the game in the mail today but wont be logging on until tomorrow morning around 5 am, won't be up at midnight when game goes live. If nothing else has been said here I'll post what server I am on. But please, if someone is before me(I am sure someone will be) please let us know what server.

Players in Europe will be able to subscribe to World of Warcraft using a pre-paid game card, which will be available from 4th March 2005.
or
Subscribe at ones using a CC wich u later can cancel to use pre-paid cards

By the way, don't play paladin. I know you will think "WTF I play what I want" but you will do a mistake if you play paladin. It gets boring pretty fast and it's a class for noobs with a "I Win" button. They are tad overpowered so will get nerfed eventually then you will be realy sad. They are also not complex at all and boring in the long term. Many other classes (including alliance) hates paladins because there are just so many of them.
You may think paladin is uber and fun and so on... but it's no.

When we pick a server, try not to choose one that is overcrowded.
I played on some overcrowded servers in the beta and it gets pretty laggy some times.

Lol, you're so full of shit. It's sad how you are trying to discourage people playing as a paladin by labeling it a noob class and talking out of your ass like you know that it will be nerfed, like you're on the Blizzard staff. The only person that should be sad is you with your weak ass post.
I've played as a Paladin, Druid, Warrior, Mage, and Shaman. The best experience i had playing was as a Paladin, this is also the reason I will be going Paladin in retail. The Paladin used to be overpowered, but he has been nerfed a number of times. It's a good support character, a formidable tank and an able healer, the charachter has it's complex, this is the same reason why it's a fun class to play, same reason why alot of people are playing it. The class being hated... well the people who are hating on a gaming class are sad retards who are probably sore losers, people like you for example.
If you had constructed your post like a mature person and not like a crying 12 year old with retarded arguments I would have botherd talking to you with some respect.

I have no problems with paladin. Tried all classes during beta and I had the most fun with paladin. Did not see that many paladins running about. I did however see about 4 billion rogues. Pick a character that you are comfortable with. If you read some forums you will find that everyone favours the character they are playing and of course their character is the fucking WoW world champion.
