Any way to get this running on Win7 x64? I got it installed but whenever I try to start it locks up the explorer and clicking anywhere makes a ping noise.

First try Compatibility with different settings.

This is PS2 game too, you can try PS2 emulator. Only you need PS2 copy of game Wink.
