When you cover peoples holidays for them in work yet when you want the exact same days covering what you have just covered for them they won't do it?
My employers rely way too much on me and it is about time when asked now to cover they get the sweet middle finger as that is now what's going to happen.
They have pissed me off now, i cover for them yet they won't cover for me, fuck right off, don't ask me again you cunts.

hyper x 32 gb ddr 4 memory.
Msi Carbon gaming pro ac motherboard.
Evga 600 psu.
Msi Armour rx 8 gb 5700 Graphic card.
Ps4 Standard 500gb.
Lg 4k 42 inch tv.
Oculus Quest 2.

I don't mind doing the overtime as it is extra money for me in the long run.
What pissed me off with this is that, my manager come to me asking if i could cover this womans 2 shifts, which i said yes i will do on the grounds that the 2 holidays i am owed, the woman i am covering now, she will cover my 2 day's i want off?
I think that's fair but the woman isd only covering one shift?
Next time it will be done on my rights not theres.
If I'm not in the mood to do 2 shifts i simply won't, couldn't give 2 fucks now if the woman needs it covering, they can fuck off.
