Today I didn't even need to use my AK. I gotta say it was a good day. (c) - Ice Cube

Hi-Rez is such a shameless dev, always chasing the popular genre, never innovates or specialize in any type of games.

Their games are not like that though. People complained Paladins was a rip off of Overwatch but when you play it, you will know how different both games are. Just because they share some ideas, doesn't mean they are bad or don't innovate anything. They have added a lot of cool stuff/powers and whatnot changing the way how the game plays.

Classes and forging stuff is a nice addition to BR type of games.

If they make it smoother, fix stuff, balance and spend some on marketing, this has good potential.

The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.

Played 7 hours of this.

The general consensus is: finally a game, which is more arcadey than PUBG, but no building mechanics like Fortnite. I think a lot of people were waiting for such a game.

It has its unique spin on it as well with abilities and classes - which are not balanced atm.

I'm having tremendous amounts of fun with it. PUBG for me was too much downtime, too little action - and especially at end-game, too distant engages.

This is lower TTK, more accurate weapons, faster movement, less downtime and close-to-mid range engages. Which I like.

Just had my first win - later than in other BR games.

For fun factor and gunplay this is now on top of my list. It's fast, it's skillful, it's not complex, but it's has depth. In teams the classes are great.

I very highly suggest this game for all those who don't like the building gimmick of Fortnite, and hate the staleness of PUBG.

Straight to action, tense throughout and very skill based with low TTK.
